Central Depositary and Clearing Company Inc. officially confirmed entry into force of the new Pricelist, introducing fee for maintenance of domestic securities positions for the first time on Croatian market.
In line with decision of the Management Board of Central Depositary and Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD), new SKDD Pricelist will take effect as of 1 July 2023, apart from the changes related to introduction of fee for maintenance of securities positions, which will become effective as of 1 September 2023.
In line with that, SKDD fee for maintenance of securities positions on ordinary accounts (total value of all assets held on all investor’s accounts in SKDD except the issuer’s treasury shares) will be charged in line with the following schedule:
- EUR 5 million - 15 million - 0,03%
- EUR 15 million - 500 million - 0,024%
- EUR 500 million - 3 billion - 0,02%
- EUR 3 billion - 5 billion - 0,012%
- over EUR 5 billion - 0,002%
SKDD fee for maintenance of securities positions on transactional custody accounts will be as follows:
- 0,006% - for equities and ETFs
- 0,004% - for debt securities
