In line with the approval granted by Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) on 25 November 2019, Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) confirmed its new Rules will become effective as of 9 December 2019.

The most important amendments are focused on the implementation of a new version of the trading system (XETRA T7) and on compliance with regulations governing the capital market.

Additionally, one of the key changes is related to the trading model for low-liquidity shares, which comprises the same stages as the continuous trading, main difference being the different duration of each trading session and volatility interruption. Further details are available on the website of ZSE.

Impact on investors: New ZSE Rules to become effective as of 9 December 2019.
