As confirmed on its website, the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) notified the general public that the formal request for obtaining authorization as a central depository, in line with provisions of CSDR, has been evaluated by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). In its conclusion dated as of 13 November 2017, HANFA stated SKDD’s request was incomplete, in terms of provisions of Article 17, paragraph 3 of CSDR, mainly related to appropriate organizational requirements. 

In order to comply with the requirements stated in conclusion, HANFA granted SKDD an additional period of six months to comply with the requirements.
