In line with the announcement on its website, the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) continues to work on amendments to its application to obtain the licence in line with provisions of the CSDR. Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) made a Conclusion (on 9 March 2020) on the completeness of SKDD’s request to obtain its CSDR licence and has requested additional documents and clarifications from the SKDD by 1 June 2020 the latest.
Impact on investors: Further delay in CSDR licensing procedure on Croatian market.
