SKDD to amend the CSDR licensing documentation

In line with the announcement on its website, the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) continues to work on amendments to its application to obtain the licence in line with provisions of the CSDR. On 16 July 2020, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) made a Conclusion on the completeness of SKDD’s request to obtain its CSDR licence and has requested additional documents from the SKDD by 25 January 2021 the latest.
Impact on investors: Further delay in CSDR licensing procedure on Croatian market.
