The Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) confirmed that the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has made a Conclusion on 28 May 2020 regarding the SKDD-CCP Smart Clear Inc. (SKDD-CCP) request to provide services of a Central Counterparty. As a result, SKDD-CCP is obliged to amend its request by 1 December 2020 at the latest, whereas additional information should be delivered to HANFA no later than 1 October 2020.
Consultations are on-going in regards to the definition of the dynamics and the coordination of the project details between HANFA and SKDD-CCP owners.
Impact on investors: Further delay of the CCP license on the Croatian market.
