As confirmed on the website of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD), on 11 January 2021 SKDD-CCP Smart Clear Inc. (SKDD-CCP) submitted additional documents to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) in connection to obtain the licence to provide the services of a central counterparty in line with provisions of EMIR.
SKDD-CCP intends to notify the general public immediately, once HANFA makes a decision on the completeness of the submitted request.
