The Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) has published the information on the testing with the market participants of the CSDR Settlement Discipline. The CSDR-related testing is planned in the period of 17 - 20 January 2022.
The agenda will include:

- Matching in real time
- Testing of new mandatory fields in settlement instructions
- Recycling
- Additional details and information on settlement discipline
- Monitoring and reporting on failed settlements
- Cash penalties
Impact on investors: Market tests of penalty regime is starting on 17 January 2022. CSDR Settlement Discipline measures will be implemented as of 1 February 2022 on Croatian market.
