Croatian CSD one step closer to obtaining the CSDR license

In line with the announcement published on the website of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD), on 24 May 2021 the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) made a Conclusion assessing the SKDD’s request to obtain the CSDR licence as complete.
The process of assessing the compliance of SKDD’s CSDR licencing request with provisions of the CSDR and the related regulations is under way. During the next six months period, HANFA will take the final decision to grant or deny the CSDR licence.
