HANFA establishes the College of Regulators for SKDD-CCP Smart Clear

As the competent authority of SKDD-CCP Smart Clear (SKDD-CCP) and as confirmed on its website, on 16 August 2021 the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) established the College of Regulators for SKDD-CCP, after SKDD-CCP successfully submitted the complete request to obtain the CCP licence. Besides the establishment, HANFA is obliged to chair the College of Regulators for SKDD-CCP to facilitate the accomplishment of its task, as stipulated by EMIR.
The members of College of Regulators are the following:
- HANFA
- ESMA
- Croatian National Bank
- European Central Bank
