Fri, 21/09/2018

In line with the announcement on its website, Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) has confirmed that CE Enter market will be terminated on 1 October 2018.

The CE Enter market was established in May 2016 as an alternative market governed by the ZSE and as an addendum of multilateral trading facility (MTF) managed by ZSE since 2009. Essential characteristicsəˈdendəm of CE Enter market were lower transparency provisions for issuing companies and financial instruments resulting in increased investment risk of trading with financial instruments listed on CE Enter market.

ZSE made a decision on CE Enter market termination because of the intention to manage an MTF market with significantly higher standards of corporate governance and transparency. New trading platform, named Progress, is set as a multilateral trading facility supporting the investment plans of small and medium companies in the process of collecting additional capital or technical admittance to trading in order to support the change and/or transfer of ownership.

Last trading date on CE Enter market will be 28 September 208.

Impact on investors: Termination of CE Enter market in effect as of 1 October 2018.
