Mon, 03/10/2022

As part of the preparations for the introduction of the euro in Croatia, Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) identified the main areas and issues concerning the euro introduction within the scope of its business and created a document and a dedicated webpage on which all relevant information to users of the ZSE services will be published.

The latest updates regarding the trading on ZSE are as follows:

  • The last day of trading in Croatian kuna (HRK) on ZSE is 28 December 2022. Trading will take place in the regular trading hours, between 9:00 and 16:00.
  • Due to change of the trading currency, all open orders in the trading system will be cancelled on 28 December 2022 after the close of trading.
  • No trading will take place on 29 and 30 December 2022 (trading status will be “suspended” through the day over that period). Users will be able to access the trading system for the purpose of adjusting their software.
  • ZSE will not publish trading reports during the adjustment period.

Data received from the trading system during the adjustment period will not be considered official data until 2 January 2023, the first day of trading in euro.
