In the meeting held on 13 June, the Central Depository Board decided to introduce a new fee applicable to the OTC transactions in case of financial instruments offered in the Initial Public Offers and with settlement date no more than five working days from the settlement date of the offer.
The level of the new fee will be the same as the one applicable for OTC Turnaround trades, respectively EUR 12,35 and will be enforced starting with 19 June 2023.
