On 15 June 2023, the Central Depository (CSD) notified its participants regarding the update of the Insolvency Procedure.
The amendments consist of additional measures, which will be adopted by the CSD, when it is informed about the opening of the insolvency procedure on a participant at the CSD system. The main action relates to the access block to the CSD system for the participant in insolvency, with the aim of stopping the receiving and sending of transfer orders.
