The Serbian Central Securities Depository and Clearing House (referred to below as the CSD) harmonized its general acts with the Capital Market Law:

Changes to the Operating Rules mainly affect the members of the CSD, with the concepts of settlement finality and irrevocability defined in more detail.
The amended and supplemented Tariff Rulebook is affecting CSD members and investors trough introduction of new fee categories and increased fee amounts. Some of the most important changes are as follows:
The amended CSD Tariff Rulebook will became effective as of 1 March 2023.
The English versions of the amended and supplemented Operating Rules and Tariff Rulebook will be available after their publication on the web site of the CSD.
Impact on investors: The amended CSD Tariff Rulebook will increase cost of settlement and other CSD services for CSD's members and consequently, investors.
