It gives me great pleasure to be a part of this quarterly Newsletter as the Head of Transactions & Payments (T&P) CE&EE. Our strong network of contacts and the continuous trust given to us by our clients show the true value of our relationships and partnerships. The collaboration we enjoy, touching on multiple business lines within T&P CE&EE, often brings us into situations where individual experience can evolve into exciting new opportunities to strengthen our partnerships even further.
The second quarter of 2022 was marked by two quality events - The Network Forum as well as the Global Finance Awards. After almost three long years, The Network Forum once again took place in physical form in London and brought together a great number of professionals from both the Securities Services and Payments industries. In addition, with Global Finance, UniCredit has continued its winning streak, and has been recognized for the thirteenth year in a row as the Best Sub-Custodian Bank in Central and Eastern Europe for 2022, demonstrating yet again that UniCredit Global Securities Services is the leading provider in the region, backed by a strong Group commitment to the business.
