Successful BCP and DRP Tests at UniCredit GSS Russia

UniCredit GSS Russia successfully tested its Business Continuity Plan and its Disaster Recovery Plan, including a relocation test

UniCredit GSS Russia would like to inform that it successfully carried out its annual BCP testing on 18 February 2016. All critically important business processes, such as settlement, corporate actions and income collection, as well as static data, internal control and billing were tested for compliance with the BCP requirements. All critically important systems used by UniCredit GSS Russia were involved in the testing. All of them were successfully reset from the back-up site and all Recovery Time Objectives were met during operational hours. Relocation of key personnel to the GSS primary back-up site was also performed as part of the testing.

On 18 March 2016 UniCredit GSS Russia performed DRP testing as well. The outcome of the testing was positive.

Impact on investors: As a result of the successful testing of UniCredit GSS Russia’s BCP and DRP, we can confirm that the respective GSS related plans are fully operational and adequately sufficient to restore our core services within the set timeframes in case a contingency scenario occurs.
