Changes in Settlement Instructions for Central Depository AD postponed to 5 April 2021

Following our Newsflash dated 2 February 2021, the CSD has now provided a new updated Operational Instructions Handbook according to which the entry into force of the changes in settlement instructions will be postponed from 1 March 2021 to 5 April 2021. CDAD has also introduced some new requirements coming into force as of 5 April 2021 - these are currently under analysis by UniCredit Bulbank and the relevant details will be shared with the clients as soon as feasible in case any client impact is foreseen.

Changes in Settlement Instructions for Central Depository AD as of 1 March 2021

Following our newsflash dated 31/08/2020 informing about an update of CDAD’s Operational Instructions Handbook, we would like to bring to your attention the following new fields which will be introduced in settlement instructions to the CSD as matching criteria in force as of 1 March 2021 and will require formatting changes in all client settlement instructions as of the same date:
