SDR penalty mechanism is still not applicable in the Croatian market

With reference to our previous Newsflash on the CSDR subject (here), we would like to inform our clients that the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (SKDD) has not been granted with the CSDR licence by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA).
Consequently, SDR penalty mechanism is still not applicable in the Croatian market and go alive date is also not yet available.
Impact on investors: Introduction of the penalty mechanism in Croatia has been postponed.
