Dear Clients,
It gives me great pleasure to present this quarterly Newsletter in my new role as Head of CEE Global Transaction Banking (GTB CEE).
With almost 25 years of experience in Corporate Banking for UniCredit, many of which were spent at various roles within GTB, it is likely that I have already had contact with some of your Groups, through either channel. This represents the true value of our international scale and the relationships we share; the collaboration we enjoy, touching on multiple business lines, which often brings us into situations where individual experience can evolve into opportunities to strengthen our partnerships even further. Global Securities Services (GSS), as one of the key pillars to the GTB strategy, is a strong foundation upon which we can further develop our collaborative environment and expand on mutual areas of opportunity.
As we move forward through this challenging time caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, one aspect of GSS which became prominent as a reflection of UniCredit’s high service standards, is its ability to quickly adapt to the changes in the outside world and offer its clients a continued “Business As Usual environment”. For me, coming into this new role, the dedication of the people and the high level of know-how have brought me confidence in providing you with standards of the highest quality throughout countries where we are present, as well as business lines. We at UniCredit highly value the relationships we have with our clients and look forward to working with you through the current situation and beyond.
