Spring is almost here to make our days brighter and warmer! And in this spirit of positivity, I am excited to have joined UniCredit at a time when our Group continues to achieve record-breaking results. So, let me share a few words from our CEO, Andrea Orcel:
„UniCredit delivered a record set of financial results demonstrating significant progress in our industrial transformation and our ability to drive excellent performance across the cycle.
We have delivered a full-year net profit of €5.2 billion, our best result in over a decade. Our growth focus, cost discipline, and capital efficiency have lifted RoTE to 10.7 percent, surpassing the UniCredit Unlocked target. This includes substantial provisions taken, as well as proactive measures to enhance the existing lines of defense, reinforcing our rock-solid balance sheet and ability to weather ongoing uncertainty. We have now been growing for eight consecutive quarters, clear evidence of a transformed UniCredit which has proven its resilience and strength.

On a personal level, I've been inspired by the collaborative spirit of my colleagues since joining Global Securities Services in January. Witnessing what we can achieve when working as a cohesive unit has fueled my excitement to engage with you and our entire community. As a Global Relationship Manager, I look forward to the opportunity to meet many of you in person soon. For those partners I'll be directly working with, I'm committed to upholding GSS's tradition of fostering true partnerships and delivering world-class service.
I bring with me more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, gained in several institutions. My most recent positions included product development, project management, and request for proposal (RFP) projects at BlackRock, where some of my responsibilities included answering and delivering complete, accurate, and cohesive responses to RFP’s, and outlining our products and services. I have supported multiple institutional clients by providing in-depth market knowledge, product expertise, and customized comparative analytics.
I am happy and excited to be a part of this team and I am looking forward to working with you in the near future.

The Belogradchik Rocks are a major tourist attraction in northwest Bulgaria and their popularity rose when Elon Musk commented on a photo of the rocks shared on a social network, shot by a famous photographer, Vladislav Terziiski.
